Infinitely strengthened contact relay: JWJXC-440 is a dedicated multiplexer used to close and open the signal control circuit. It is an important part of railway signals.

Installation Precautions

1. When installing the relay, make sure that the insulation interval between the sockets is intact, the arrow-hanging position of the socket is intact, and the socket identification pin is in the correct position and should not be missing.

2. Pay attention to the relative position between the relay and the socket when plugging in the relay to avoid damage to the relay or socket during plugging.

3. When repairing and replacing the relay, first remove the fixed relay storage, and then pull out the relay. Do not use excessive force or shake left and right when pulling it out, as it may damage the relay or socket.

Features

1. The relay is a DC 24V heavy spring force electromagnetic relay with reinforced contacts.

2. It adopts silver-silver oxide contact, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and installs the stop piece at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetization, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.

4. The magnetic circuit system of the relay is basically the same as the AX series of polarized relays.

5. The contact system consists of two parts: ordinary contacts and reinforced contacts. There are two groups of moving and closing ordinary contacts; four groups of moving and breaking reinforced contacts without arc extinguishing magnets. The structure of ordinary contacts is the same as that of non-polar relays. The reinforced contacts are specially designed. Of high-power contacts.

Insulation withstand voltage

Under the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the insulation resistance of the relay should not be less than 100MQ.

Under the condition that the air pressure is not less than 86kPa (equivalent to the altitude below 1000m), the insulation withstand voltage of the relay should be able to withstand AC sine wave 50Hz,

2000V rms voltage, there should be no breakdown flashover after 1 min, and the voltage during repeated test should be 75% of the original test voltage.

Unpacking inspection

Before the relay is inspected, the tie rope should be cut off and taken out. When removing the tie rope, please do not damage the contact and the tie rod.

1. The appearance inspection items are as follows:

a) The whole machine should be in good condition, and the steel wire clamp should not be loose; b) The type cover, type hole position and number should be correct; c) There should be no foreign matter in the cover.

2. The performance test items are as follows:

a) Check that the +20℃ coil electric anode should meet the requirements. Under other ambient temperatures, the coil resistance should be converted according to the 226 formula (2).

b) The contact resistance of the inspection contact should meet the requirements of Table 6.

c) Check the electrical characteristics and time characteristics of +20CC should meet the requirements of Table 5. At other ambient temperatures, the electrical characteristics of the voltage relay should be converted according to the 225 formula (1).

d) Inspection of insulation resistance shall meet the requirements of Article 228.

Product electrical life

The relay contacts are connected to DC24V1A resistive load; its electrical life is 2×105 times.

Installation method

The relay uses a power supply screen relay socket of type II. The relay is equipped with a locking device on the upper end of the socket, and the socket is installed on the relay frame. After the relay is inserted into the socket, the relay can be locked with a card board and locked with a hanging spring.
