Product Introduction

The JWJXC-135/135 stepless enhanced relay is an important element in the chain equipment and the main equipment to ensure the safe operation of the system. The signal relay can control the switching, locking and unlocking of the turnout, and the opening and closing of the signal machine. Its reliability, availability, maintainability and the entire sauna line are the keys to the safety of railway transportation and operation services. Relays are widely used in railway signal technology, called signal relays, which are important components in railway signal technology. It plays an important role no matter as the core component of the relay signal system or as the interface component of the electronic or computer signal system. The reliability of the relay action directly affects the reliability and safety of the signal system.


Product function

It is a commonly used electrical appliance in automatic control systems. It is used to connect and disconnect circuits, to issue control commands and reflect the status of equipment to form automatic control and remote control circuits.


Product Usage

JWJXC-135/135. Infinitely enhanced relays (hereinafter referred to as relays) are used as general relays in signal circuits.


Applicable environment

The applicable environment of the relay is:

a) Ambient temperature: -40℃~+60℃;

b) Relative humidity: not more than 90% (temperature +25°C);

c) Air pressure: not less than 70kPa (equivalent to an altitude below 3000m);

d) Vibration: the vibration frequency is not more than 15Hz, and the amplitude is not more than 0.45mm;

e) Working position: horizontal;

f) There should be no harmful gas causing explosion hazard around, and good dust-proof measures should be taken.


Insulation withstand voltage

Under the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the insulation resistance of the relay should not be less than 100MQ.

Under the condition that the air pressure is not lower than 86kPa (equivalent to the altitude below 1000m), the insulation withstand voltage of the relay should be able to withstand AC sine wave 50Hz, 2000V rms voltage, there should be no breakdown flashover after 1min, the voltage when repeating the test Should be 75% of the original test voltage value.

The relay contacts are connected to DC24V1A resistive load; its electrical life is 2×106 times.

Requirements for testing measuring tools, meters and power supply;

The accuracy of the measuring instrument for measuring the appearance and installation dimensions should not be less than 0.05mm; the accuracy of the feeler gauge should not be less than 2; the measurement error of the force measurement should not be more than 2%; the accuracy of the DC voltmeter and ammeter used for testing should not be less than Level 0.5, the accuracy of AC (50Hz) voltmeters and ammeters should not be lower than level 1. The power supply voltage should remain stable, and its fluctuation range should not exceed 5%. The DC power supply should be a DC generator, battery or AC full-wave rectifier power supply (except for special regulations, the ripple factor should not be greater than 5%). The waveform of the AC power supply should be a sine wave with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Infinite relay is the typical structure of AX series relay, which is composed of electromagnetic system and contact system. The electromagnetic system includes coils, iron cores, vehicle irons and armatures. The coil is installed horizontally on the iron core, and is divided into a front coil and a back coil. The use of dual coils is to enhance the flexibility and flexibility of the control circuit, which can be controlled by a single coil or a series of double coils according to the circuit needs. The armature is fixed on the blade of the iron by the butterfly-shaped steel wire, and the movement is flexible. There is a heavy hammer in the transmission part of the armature to ensure that the relay armature returns reliably by gravity. The number of weights installed is determined by the structure of the relay contact system, and should be able to ensure the reliable release of the relay. A stop piece is installed at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit of the relay, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetizing, and ensure that the relay falls reliably. The iron core, vehicle iron and armature of the relay are made of electromagnetic pure iron, which has high magnetic permeability and small remanence.


Installation Precautions

(1) When installing the relay, make sure that the insulation interval between the sockets is intact, the socket hanging spring is intact, and that the socket identification pin is in the correct position and should not be missing.

(2) Pay attention to the relative position between the relay and the socket when plugging in the relay to avoid damage to the relay or socket during plugging.

(3) When repairing and replacing the relay, first remove the national relay spring, and then pull out the relay. Don't use excessive force or shake left and right when dialing out, which may damage the relay or socket.


Faults and troubleshooting methods

Relay contact has no output

The analysis and elimination methods of the relay contact without output are as follows:

(1) Make sure that the relay and socket should be reliably plugged in;

(2) Check that the relay should not be mechanically blocked. If a foreign object in the relay blocks the armature, the armature cannot work reliably (forward rotation) or release (reverse rotation), and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;

(3) Check that there should be no foreign matter between the contacts, there is foreign matter between the contacts, and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;

(4) Check that the contact resistance of the relay contact should not be too large. The relay does not work or the relay with a pole cannot be reversed in the forward direction

(1) Make sure that the relay and socket should be reliably plugged in;

(2) Check that the input voltage or current of the relay coil should be the rated value or the system circuit adjustment value.

Method: Use a multimeter to check the voltage relay coil input terminal voltage on the socket should meet the output voltage of the power supply screen; use a multimeter to check the voltage drop of the current relay coil input terminal on the socket should meet the voltage drop requirements of the system circuit for reliable operation of the relay; otherwise, system error;

(3) If the above two items are normal, it can be determined that the relay is faulty and the relay should be replaced;

(4) The relay coil is short-circuited or disconnected, the relay cannot work reliably or has a pole relay;

(5) The diode of the rectifier relay is impacted or short-circuited, and the rectifier relay cannot work reliably;

(6) Check that the relay should not be mechanically blocked. If a foreign object in the relay blocks the armature, the relay cannot work reliably or reverse polarity.


maintenance

Daily maintenance and maintenance

Daily maintenance and maintenance items are as follows:

a) Keep the relay and socket clean;

b) Observe whether the relay operation status is normal;

c) The relay should be replaced in time for abnormal operating conditions and serious contact burnout.


Regular maintenance

In the electrical life and life management cycle of the relay, the maintenance cycle of the infinite relay and rectifier relay should be five years; the maintenance cycle of the stepless enhanced contact relay, the poled relay and the biased pole relay should be three years; the maintenance cycle of the stepped enhanced contact relay The period should be one year. Appearance inspection and performance inspection should be carried out after the overhaul.

Packaging, transportation, storage

(1) Packaging

The outer packaging of the relay adopts a carton structure, and the carton is equipped with a foam box to ensure that the relay will not damage the instruction manual of the relay in each packaging box during the normal transportation process.

(2) Precautions for transportation

During storage and transportation, the relay should not be subjected to strong vibrations, collisions, or rain or snow.

(3) Storage conditions, storage period and precautions

The relay should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with a temperature of -25°C, +40°C, a relative humidity of less than 80%, and no acid, alkali or other harmful gases around it. It should not be exposed to rain and snow during storage.

The storage period is one year, and the storage period should be inspected or repaired before use.


Unpacking inspection

The appearance inspection items are as follows:

a) The whole machine should be in good condition, and the steel wire clamp should not be loose;

b) Type cover type hole position and number should be correct (as shown in Table 3
