JZSJC2 AC Filament Conversion Relay is suitable for railway signal lighting circuit. When the main filament of the 12V, 25w dual-filament signal bulb is broken, the auxiliary filament will be lit through a set of movable break contacts to realize the conversion of the main and auxiliary filaments. , And alarm through another set of contacts.

test method
Requirements for test satellites, meters, and power supplies
The accuracy of the measuring gauge should not be less than 0.02mm;
The accuracy of the feeler gauge should not be lower than level 2;
The measurement error of the dynamometer should not be greater than 2%;
The accuracy of the AC ammeter used for testing should not be lower than level 1;
The power supply voltage fluctuation range should not exceed 5%, the waveform is a sine wave, and the frequency is 50±1Hz.

Work value
Gradually increase the coil current from zero until the armature is in contact with the iron core and all moving contacts are closed, and the minimum current value when the specified pressure is met.
Release value
Continue to increase the current to 2.1A, and then gradually reduce the coil current to the maximum current value when all the moving contacts are disconnected.
Installation method
The relay has two working positions, upright and side. The working positions of several points and the external dimensions after plugging into the socket are shown in the figure. The mechanical and electrical characteristics of the relay meet the requirements of the two working positions. The external dimensions of the relay are shown in the figure.
Installation method

Precautions
a) In order to ensure the reliable operation of the relay, the current value of the relay should not be less than 1.8A in the operating state.
b) When repairing and replacing the relay, first remove the screws that fix the relay, and then pull out the relay. Do not use excessive force to damage the relay or socket.
c) The socket of JZSJC2 AC filament conversion relay and the socket shown in T8/T2658-1995 are mutually standby.

Faults and troubleshooting methods
The work value is too large and exceeds the standard
Failure reason 1: Poor contact of the magnetic circuit.
Treatment method: adjust the contact surface of the iron core, the choke iron and the armature to make good contact.
Cause 2: The pressure of the moving and closing contact is too large.
Treatment method: reduce the pressure of the moving and closing contact when it meets the requirements of the product standard.
Cause 3: There is a foreign body at the junction of the armature and the iron.
Treatment method: Check whether there is jamming at the junction of the armature and the iron. If the jamming is found, the foreign objects should be cleaned.
The release value is too small and exceeds the standard.
Failure reason 1: The pressure of the moving and closing contact is too small.
Treatment method: increase the pressure of the moving and closing contact to increase the release value.
Cause 2: The reaction force storage fails.
Solution: Replace with new components.
There is AC magnetic vibration
Failure reason 1: The pressure of the moving and closing contact is too large. Treatment method: reduce the pressure of moving and closing contact. Fault reason 2: The short-circuit copper ring is broken or falls off. Treatment method: Replace with new components.
Cause 3: There is a foreign body between the iron core and the armature.
Treatment method: clean up foreign objects.
